Policies

The following policies are set to protect my time. Please be mindful that the appointment you book with me is a unique time slot that no one else can have. Therefore, it is unlikely to fill in your reserved time with another client if not given enough notice. Thank you for respecting my small business and hope to service you soon!

Deposits

All services require a deposit to confirm an appointment. The deposit is applied towards the service total. The remaining balance is due at the end of the service. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment time then the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. When you book a time with me that appointment is blocked off from my booking site, therefore potential clients that visit my website daily can’t take the slot you reserved.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling require at least a 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

No-Show Policy

If you reserve my time and do not show up to your scheduled appointment without any notice then you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. You will be banned from booking with me if you no-show once or cancel/reschedule 3 times in a row.

New Client Policy

All new clients must enter their card information on my booking site to secure an appointment. You will not be charged if you follow my cancellation and no-show policies. I do not have access to your card information.

Business Contact Info 

At appointments, I accept payment through Zelle, cash, or debit card. All credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee. In the case of any emergency or to cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time please call or text me at 516-566-0990.
