Deposits

All services require a deposit to confirm an appointment. The deposit is applied towards the service total. The remaining balance is due at the end of the service. The deposit is non-refundable. When you book a time with me that appointment is blocked off from my booking site, therefore potential clients who visit my website daily can’t take the slot you reserved.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require at least a 48-hour notice or you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance if you cancel the same day or 24 hours before your appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

If you reschedule with more than 2 days notice your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or the same day it is considered a cancellation of the original appointment and you need to leave a new deposit for a new appointment. If you reschedule 3 times in a row your 4th rescheduled appointment will be canceled and you need to leave a new deposit.

Late Policy

If you arrive late it will cut time from your original appointment and I can only do what I have time for. If you arrive 20 minutes late or more your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

No-Show Policy

If you reserve my time and do not show up to your scheduled appointment without any notice then you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. You will be banned from booking with me if you no-show once or cancel/reschedule 3 times in a row.

At appointments, I accept payment through Zelle, cash, or debit card. All credit card payments are subject to a 4% convenience fee. In the case of any emergency or to cancel/reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time please call or text me at 516-984-2465
